The mentoring & coaching program is custom built and covers exactly what your business needs. Sometimes the mentee requires a bit of extra knowledge or reassurance to be able to handle those little extras of the day.

Trouble shooting or interim project 

 

This is a real hands-on project! 

 

We work with you and your team at your premises in a number of areas, for a set period of time. Usually at least one week is recommended to get a good overview of your business operations.

 

We will discuss your standards, systems, procedures, work processes and performance in all areas of your business. If you have no set standards or procedures, we will put together a list of recommendations to suit your business. 

 

We work with you for one week and focus on results. Implement our recommendations and suggested changes for instant and tangible improvements.
